The MillenTech PersonalisedPIN solution provides an easy, convenient and simple Customer Select PIN (CSP) system that can be effortlessly interfaced into by a financial institution. A CSP system allows cardholders of a financial institution to securely select a PIN for their magnetic stripe and EMV cards.  The CSP system has a range of operations that includes PIN authentication and assisting in the instant issue of cards. Cardholders, who have been instantly issued a new card, can walk out of the branch with a card that can be used immediately.

The in-branch MillenTech PersonalisedPIN solution requires tellers to engage with customers, and provides opportunities to cross-sell other products and services. By offering personal and friendly service, revenue streams can be grown. Tellers can also educate customers in the secure use of their cards, and highlight precautionary measures, e.g. PIN shielding at POS terminals and ATMS, to reduce fraud.

It is a well known fact that customers who select their own PIN are less likely to forget their PIN, which reduces the customer support and re-issuance costs for your organisation. Re-issuance of forgotten PINs or lost cards must be carried internal to the branch.
